POSTION: Senior Solution Architect
LOCATION: San Jose, CA

Position Description:
Position is for a seasoned software engineer and architect responsible for designing solutions utilizing SAFE product suite integrated with other systems within a customer’s environment. The individual should have strong background of enterprise application architecture and design. The candidate should also possess proven ability to manage complex engineering projects and deliveries from the development and quality assurance team.

• Provide overall Technical leadership for a customer engagement for the duration of a project
• Design and manage the technical architecture of the project. Design interfaces, define integration workflows and prototype solutions using Quantum Secure products and other systems in the customer environment
• Create detailed technical design specifications, use cases and work closely with the customer team to deploy solution from design to user acceptance
• Work closely with development architect, development team, quality assurance to translate customer requirements and assure quality of delivery
• Work closely with Project Manager to meet project milestones, provide periodic updates and help in identifying solutions and reduce risks for the successful implementation of the solution
• Manage engineering deliverables from the development and quality team

Requirements:

• Broad and deep technology knowledge to architect multi-tier, Web application solutions
• Must have current and deep experience in Microsoft Server Technologies with implementation of large .NET solutions with SQL Server or Oracle Database systems within enterprise setting
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of Windows platform (Server 2003, 2008, XP and 7), database servers (SQL Server and Oracle) and .Net environment
• Must have strong analytical skills along with good communications abilities
• System analysis and design experience in mapping user problems to reusable design and technology solutions

POSTION: Technical Project Manager
LOCATION: San Jose, CA

Position Description:

• Hands-on end to end project management for delivering enterprise solution projects to customers using  configurable physical identity management security products
• Coordinating customer, technical teams, and third-parties dependencies and tasks to successfully deliver software solutions for security operations
• Responsible for capturing customer requirements and project scope in a Functional Specification deliverable

Essential Functions:

• Creates and executes deployment plans across multiple projects and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Managing customer expectations through formal and informal communications
• Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration across multiple client engagements from definition phase through implementation.
• Manage multiple technical and functional resources within budget and project schedule
• Applies significant knowledge of security industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients

Position Description:
Position is for a seasoned software engineer responsible for implementing/installing solutions utilizing SAFE product suite integrated with other systems within the a customer's environment. This is a highly visible position, and involves approximately 10-30% travel.

• Provide overall Technical leadership for customer engagement for the duration of a project
• Manage the technical scope of the project, and be the Technical Liaison for both the customer and Quantum Secure throughout a customer engagement
• Work closely with Program/Project Manager in identifying and determining mitigation strategies for solution gaps and identify risks in the successful implementation of the solution
• Assist engineering team to design, test and develop prototypes using C#, .NET libraries
• Assist with new product development projects, testing of prototypes, and unit testing
