POSTION: Quality Assurance Engineer
LOCATION: San Jose, CA, USA
Position Description:
You will be responsible for testing the Quantum Secure SAFE Application Suite. You will interface primarily with the developers in the same group, although interaction with all those in Development, Customers and Operations will be required at times. Responsibilities include system level and regression testing, participating in code reviews, writing test plans, executing test plans, reporting problems and tracking the problems through resolution.
- Design, implement, and maintain a set of comprehensive test plan.
- Plan, develop and execute system and regression level testing.
- Enter defects into a tracking system, including steps to reproduce.
- Track defects to resolution.
- Work with developers to ensure releases are error free.
- Work with the team to identify areas for process improvement.
Position Attributes:
- 3+ years QA Experience preferred
- Able to execute and report performance metrics of: Performance Tests, Load Tests, Salability Tests, Stress Tests
- Expertise in Database technologies – SQL Server, Oracle, & Web User Interface technologies- ASP.NET, ASP
- Master/Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent field with relevant experience

POSTION: Solution Architect
LOCATION: Bangalore, India; San Jose, CA, USA
Travel to projects in US, Canada, UK, EU, Asia
Position Description:
Position is for a seasoned software engineer responsible for designing solutions utilizing the SAFE product suite integrated with other systems within the a customer’s environment. Frequent travel (up to 50%) is an integral part of this job, as are high levels of recognition and visibility.
- Provide overall Technical leadership for a customer engagement for the duration of a project
- Design and manage the technical scope of the project, and be the Technical Liaison for both the customer and Quantum Secure throughout a customer engagement
- Provide a detailed Architecture document for the customer engagement that specifies how the SAFE will operate within the customer environment including specific use case examples and interface specification
- Insure both customer and Quantum Secure teams agree and sign-off on solution design and understand mutual responsibilities to enable solution implementation
- Work closely with Program/Project Manager in identifying and determining mitigation strategies for solution gaps and identify risks in the successful implementation of the solution
Position Attributes:
- Must have 5+ years experience and ability to architect solutions by mapping common enterprise business problems to reusable end-to-end technology solutions
- Must have current and deep experience in SQL, SOA and .NET and with implementation of large enterprise software systems within a customer care setting
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Oracle, .NET, XML, XSLT, Xpath, Xquery, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, Web-Services, Business Rule Engines
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and collaboratively influence others
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to project teams including business representatives
