SAN JOSE, Calif., September 17, 2009 – Quantum Secure (www.quantumsecure.com) today announced the appointment of Curtis Jennings as Federal Account Manager. Quantum Secure is the exclusive provider of enterprise software to manage and streamline security identities, compliance and events across disparate physical security systems.
At Quantum Secure, Jennings will be dedicated to the federal market, providing insight and leadership regarding the SAFE for Government software solution.
The SAFE for Government solution, designed using NIST SP800.116 best practices and recommendations, leverages existing physical and IT infrastructures and automates key internal processes, resulting in reduced operational costs and risk.
By providing a policy-based approach to managing and enrolling PIV cardholders into diverse PACS, the SAFE for Government solution enables the flexible enrollment, validation and processing of individuals gaining temporary or long-term access to a given facility, along with a policy-based approach to guard against fraud and foster real-time audit and compliance – without changing the existing physical security infrastructure.
“We are quite happy to add an individual of Curtis’ caliber to the Quantum Secure team,” said Ajay Jain, president and CEO of Quantum Secure. “His deep knowledge of the federal market and years of experience will be a great asset to our organization as we continue to deploy our SAFE for Government solution across this key vertical.”
Jennings has over 11 years experience in business development and sales in the federal market and an in-depth knowledge of contract vehicles and sales strategies unique to government environments. He has worked for both small and large companies including AT&T, McGraw Hill, Siemens and XO Communications. He attended the University of Maryland where he majored in Marketing and Information Assurance.
