Position Description:
Quantum Secure, Inc. is seeking creative, self-motivated individual to manage Quantum Secure’s unique product suite. Our company has a very strong commitment to customer advocacy and the product manager is a key player in fostering this program. The individual must be proficient in all aspects of product lifecycle management such as new product definition, gathering market requirements, building product roadmaps, competitive analysis, etc. The individual will also be responsible for product positioning, outbound messaging, sales tools and collateral, product go-to-market strategy and promoting product internally and externally across partners and press community.

Position Requirements:
- Developing full life-cycle product plans necessary to penetrate the key segments/verticals of the market and to appropriately respond to competitive products and services
- Working closely with sales and engineering to develop customer and revenue objectives
- Writing business requirements and other documentation included but not limited to marketing requirements documents, • product and product suite descriptions and solution value statements, assisting with use-case inventories for product design and product launch materials
- Developing updates to marketing collaterals and sales tools, including customer testimonials, training and providing expertise on security topics. Enhancements and re-purposing/packaging of existing collateral
- Creating release plan, working with other groups to drive the release (Engineering, etc.) and ensuring that all aspects of the release planning process are complete upon product availability
- Conduct pricing analysis and develop pricing strategies
- Track competitive activities and generate competitive tools to support sales
- Developing promotional plan and input into overall promotional calendar, leveraging collateral, lead gen campaigns, white papers, speaking engagements and other means to drive growth
Position Attributes:
- 5+ years experience with at least 3 years in a Product Management/ Product Marketing role in an Enterprise class software required
- Expertise in Identity Management, ERP, CRM, product data management, compliance applications preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills needed to communicate with and present to various levels of internal and external personnel

Position Description:
The role of the Functional Analyst is to be involved in all stage of design, deployment and roll-out of enterprise physical security solution offered by Quantum Secure. This is a highly visible position, and involves approximately 30% travel.
- Understands the physical security and business issues of client's identity management needs
- Identifies client security system’s strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of process improvements
